The Pueblo Marina, master planned mixed use destination and residential resort is being studied at this time for a 400 slip tourist marina with the objective of serving the ever growing demand from the North American west coast yachting, retirement, and tourist markets, offering luxury residential apartments, destination full service nautical marina and yachting facilities, yacht club, boutique hotel suites and International health spa complimented by a seaport village atmosphere and offering fine dining, boutique and specialty shops for owners and guests in residence.

Marinas Turisticas del Pacifico S.A., (MARTUR), a Panamanian Marina Development Company, in conjunction with its development partner MDG Resorts Mexico SRL, is in the process of negotiating the development of a marina and up-land condominium residential component and commercial property in Baja California, Mexico.
