Marinas Turisticas del Pacifico S.A., (MARTUR), a Panamanian Marina Development Company, in conjunction with its development partner MDG Resorts Mexico SRL, is in the process of negotiating the development of a marina and up-land condominium residential component and commercial property in Baja California, Mexico.
